Let me just start this post with saying, my poor, sweet, husband. If he could, he would give me the stars, but first he really just wants to pay off our credit cards. Now here I am, as we begin to really narrow in on our debt,
“Baby! I want to be a blogger!”
As much as he tries to support, I know deep down he’s really ready to strangle me.
For the last month he’s been asking me to grab him a new leather wallet, if I happened to come across one. Well, I came across one at Nordstrom Rack, and I also came across a ton of other accessories too–for me and the girls of course. There was one particular bag that stood out, this bag looked, felt, and even smelled amazing. This suede and fringe tote made by Raj (see similar here), had my name written all over it. This bag is so versatile and chic–I’m so in love with it!
If you’re lovin’ my shirt dress too, check out my post from yesterday. I introduced my new online crush, CUPSHE. On that post you’ll also see my exclusive offer just for my followers.
So to continue national fringe week, here is my new fringe tote. Below I’ve linked all my favorites.
Oh and PS… Never wear fringe on fringe! A fringe overload could easily turn into a fringe nightmare.
Yesterday I introduced one of my new online favorites, CUPSHE. If you love my look, this shirt dress was another CUPSHE find. See at the bottom of the post my top 10 fringe totes and bags! Click here for the most similar look and price.
Lately I’ve been doing a lot of Instagram window shopping–checking out the styles of bloggers from all over the world. While shopping, I came across a retailer known as CUPSHE. When I’m first introduced to a new online store, the first thing I look for is style. Does this retailer instantly catch my attention with one of a kind pieces? Next, I look at prices. I have to be realistic here, so I look for affordability. Check and check! ✔️✔️ This retailer had both qualities. Looks like I found my new cup of tea!
Next you’ll notice a familiar cropped knit, turtle neck sweater that was featured on my “Painting the Streets of Dallas Piece.” This sweater is the perfect summer to fall, and fall to winter transitional sweater.
Both tops are super comfy and versatile. You can pair them with so much! Here you’ll see that I easily paired both tops with cutoff denim shorts. I received a quick denim distressing tutorial from a former Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader teammate, and up and coming stylist named Lauren Williams (owner of Elle Lain). After distressing these vintage finds, I realized exactly why distressed denim is so pricey–it’s super time consuming! This teacher/blogger/mommy literally ain’t got time for that! In the future I’ll just stick with my Elle Lain one of a kind denim art pieces.
Check out my latest must haves from my new cup of tea–CUPSHE! And see my exclusive offer below!
That’s right! I’m officially declaring this week National Fringe Week! Okay, maybe not so official, but in my own little world, it’s official. Lately I’ve found that fringe is everywhere! It’s the fall must have! No longer is it a statement of western wear–It’s now flirty, sexy, street, and chic! So this week, I will be featuring all of my favorite fringe finds.
My first feature is my favorite, which is why it’s up first. Last week I introduced a new line recently brought to the Dallas market by the name of Elle Lain. Here in few months, this pop up shop will prepare to take the online retail world by storm. Currently, Elle Lain is available ‘in store,’ in Richardson, Texas. If you’re in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, you have to check out this pop up shop!
Back to my feature… Meet my new bestie. I fell for this gorgeous little number (fringe skirt) while attending the opening of Elle Lain. However, before I became too attached, I immediately took notice of its length. I’m 5’4″–so I’m pretty short, and I figured I’d look ridiculous. Owner of Elle Lain, Lauren Williams, was positive I was crazy in the head, and convinced me to try it on. So I did, and I was officially attached. There I stood in the dressing room combing my fingers through the incredibly soft fringe, and twirling like a five-year old. I felt amazing, and never wanted to take it off.
Now, there are other versions of this fringe skirt, however; the Elle Lain skirt is unique in that it has two layers of fringe adding more beauty, texture, and depth. The best thing about this skirt is its affordable price. Again, you’ve got to check out the Elle Lain pop up shop. And stay tuned for the online store!
Please keep up with my blog by subscribing to my email list. This week I will be sharing my favorite fringe looks! Happy National Fringe Week! (Kind of).
Hoping we are all feeling a true difference this week! So far I’m feeling more optimistic about my future goals and it’s honestly making me more productive. I’m sure you’ve noticed that I’m going 100% full out on my new site, SashaAgent ‘Living Life Full Out.’ It’s so easy to become discouraged as a new blogger–building a new audience and followers–and the positive emails I feel are the most helpful. They remind me of the challenges I faced the day before, and they help me prevent them from occurring again–it’s such a brilliant tool!
Last week you were also supposed to add smiling to your weekly regime. Now to add on to that, I would like to introduce the interaction challenge. This new challenge will be to simply be a bit more social. If you’re already pretty social, great! This week try to reach out to someone you may interact with, but never really took the time to get to know. Or if you’re more on the shy side, try to make a positive comment on someone’s media post through a hashtag you follow on social media. Toward the end of the week, try reaching out to someone you too interact with, but again, don’t really know–and try to learn more by simply asking them genuine questions.

Smile Challenge: Smile more!
Be conscious of your negative thoughts, and send yourself countering positive thoughts.
If you follow my social media, BTW, please follow my social media! Sorry, but this blog is in desperate need of exposure. Back to what I was saying… If you follow my social media, you would know that I’m so in to my Elle Lain distressed and hand painted denim cutoffs.
This past weekend, I hit the streets of downtown Dallas–sporting my new/old denim art in street fashion gear. Because these shorts are so beautifully colored, I made sure that I selected neutral colored tops to tone it down a bit. I took my latest Chicwish find, a gingham black and white cropped button up, and layered it with a black blazer from Zara. For all outfits, I rocked my favorite high heeled Ash high top sneakers.
Hope you have been inspired! Please subscribe to receive instant blog updates straight to your inbox by signing up to receive emails. Also feel free to tag me in any of your social media posts to share how you hit the streets!
Thank you so much for your support! I’m finally jumping in the blogging game with both feet, and believe me when I say, it’s a very crowded space. I truly appreciate the time you took to stop by and explore my style.
