Bravery… Bravery means taking a risk–a chance. Bravery is also wearing white on white.
Haha! Okay, being a bit dramatic, but rockin’ the white on white does take some serious guts–especially with kids.
Last weekend me and my baby girls went out to shoot some pictures, for the blog of course, and we had a blast acting silly, running around, singing, dancing–you know, being our usual crazy selves. After arriving home, I removed my skinny jeans and discovered about a million and one stains. Everything from lipstick, dirt, chocolate–it was all there! Ha! However, did I stress? Absolutely not! All I have to say is, thank the Lord for bleach!
Don’t be Afraid of the White on White
Some of my favorite pieces are all white. I’ve got some amazing dresses, comforters, pillowcases, rugs… I honestly don’t stress with white because I know I’ve got my handy dandy bleach! Problem solved! I actually find that whites are easier to save over colors when it comes to stains.
So although I may appear brave as I rock my white on white–I’m really super care free, and feeling ready for the summer!
What I’m Wearing
This week was clearly all about the summer Who What Wear Target collection, which is A-OK with me (see my previous Who What Wear post here). I seriously am obsessed with this line! This peplum top, (also available in plus sizes) with incredible detailing is another Target Who What Wear find. It’s simply beautiful. Next, I’ve paired this top with white distressed skinny jeans from Topshop Nordstrom, and my nude wrap up sandals by Steve Madden, also available at Nordstrom. Finally, I dressed this OOTD up with fun and colorful vintage earrings, (see similar here, and here) from my favorite resale store, Your Resale. For a bonus casual look, I paired this top with denim shorts, gladiator wrap sandals, and neutral earrings. To explore more of this look, simply shop the post below by scrolling to the bottom.
Enjoy the rest of your lovely week friends!
