CheerTime101's 60 Day Feel Good Challenge: Week 4Can you believe it? You are already almost half way through! Congratulations! As for me, I’m almost finished, but I can tell you now, I’m experiencing some life changing results! I’m more energized, productive, happy, and positive.

Last week you were introduced to a social challenge. Hopefully you’ve made some new connections. Now it’s time to add something that will really keep you engaged with your new connections. This week I want you to try something that may make you a little uncomfortable-the eye contact challenge. And it’s okay to be a bit uncomfortable at times. When we get out of our comfort zone, we often see personal growth. This week when interacting with others, I want you to try making eye contact. Something as simple as making eye contact can really deepen your relationships. It shows the person speaking that you are truly listening and really care about what they have to say.

Be conscious of your negative thoughts, and send yourself countering positive thoughts.
