CheerTime's 60 Day Feel Good Challenge Hoping we are all feeling a true difference this week! So far I’m feeling more optimistic about my future goals and it’s honestly making me more productive. I’m sure you’ve noticed that I’m going 100% full out on my new site, SashaAgent ‘Living Life Full Out.’  It’s so easy to become discouraged as a new blogger–building a new audience and followers–and the positive emails I feel are the most helpful. They remind me of the challenges I faced the day before, and they help me prevent them from occurring again–it’s such a brilliant tool!

Last week you were also supposed to add smiling to your weekly regime. Now to add on to that, I would like to introduce the interaction challenge. This new challenge will be to simply be a bit more social. If you’re already pretty social, great! This week try to reach out to someone you may interact with, but never really took the time to get to know. Or if you’re more on the shy side, try to make a positive comment on someone’s media post through a hashtag you follow on social media. Toward the end of the week, try reaching out to someone you too interact with, but again, don’t really know–and try to learn more by simply asking them genuine questions.

Week 3

Day 15:

Social Challenge: Get to know someone you may interact with, but never really took the time to get to know. Ask them genuine questions. Day 17:

Social Challenge: Keep at it, try making a new friend!

Smile Challenge: Smile more!

Be conscious of your negative thoughts, and send yourself countering positive thoughts.

Eliminate all sugar.
