60 Day Feel Good Challenge www.cheertime101.com So how did the challenge go this past week? Hoping it went well for you! Personally, I’m feeling more positive and energized! This week we will be implementing two more simple elements–smiling and sending yourself motivational emails.

Your first new challenge will be to simply smile more. Smiling is contagious, and this simple facial exercise can have such a powerful impact on your day, as well as others that are around you. As a middle school teacher, I find that this tactic sets the mood with my students and spreads positivity.

Next, I want you to be conscious of your negative thoughts.  Before you go to bed, think about the negative moments or thoughts you had throughout the day, and simply flip that into something positive.  Once you have your positive advice, email it to yourself so you can be reminded and motivated the next morning.

Day 8:

Eliminate all calories that you drink; so no soda or juice.

Day 9:

Eliminate all sugar.

Drink 80 ounces of water, or 10 cups.
