Channel your inner child... No judgementsThat’s right! You did it! Your are officially half way through! So what have you learned this far? So far I’ve learned the power of positivity and social connections.

Last week we tried something that, I’m sure, made us a little uncomfortable–the eye contact challenge. However, did you noticed that being more engaged in conversation created a rich connection? Most likely the person speaking felt really comfortable and supported.

This upcoming week, I want you to try challenging yourself to eliminate all judgmental thoughts. As you can see I have my youngest daughter’s picture posted for today’s challenge. The reason for this is simple, I want you to channel your inner innocent child.

And be honest with yourself, we all judge. We all make judgments about others, whether it’s a stranger we pass by on the street, a celebrity, or even an Instagram picture we come across (I’m definitely guilty here, ha!). This week, try catch yourself in the act of judging–and simply stop yourself from continuing that thought. Then replace your thought with, “It’s really not my place to judge.”
