I say no matter what age, every girl with even the slightest bit of girly girl in them, should own a tutu. Last week I spent my entire birthday in my pink tulle skirt by Chicwish. I could seriously live in this skirt! Chicwish created the perfect tutu with the perfect length and fluff.
You may be thinking, what good is a tutu? At the most, you could wear it on your birthday.
Well, today I’m going to show you just how versatile the tutu can be.
