Boutique… Music to My Ears
As much as I love my online and big retailers, I can’t seem to stay away from my local boutiques. What I love about boutiques… their originality. It’s comforting to know that I can go to work, or especially a blogger event, without having to worry about twinning with someone else. I love that most boutiques buy from companies or designers that you may not know about, and therefore, it’s always nice to sort of test out different labels and looks.
I recently stumbled across a super fun Dallas based boutique by the name of Sayla Blooms. Sayla Blooms is known for their trendy and unique style, yet I also feel that their pieces are classic enough to hold on to for quite some time.
I found myself 3 necessary pieces for the fall that anyone would “fall” in love with… A shift dress with pockets, a beige/mockneck bodysuit, and a tan suede pencil skirt. I wore my shift dress 3 ways–dressed up, dressed down, and street chic style). It has pockets, which makes me love it soooooo much more! The bodysuit has been a must for a while now, so I’m a bit late. These are essential for pairing with denim, trousers–practically any bottoms! You will see that I also paired this bodysuit with a show stopping suede pencil skirt–I then layered an oversized cardigan over this look.

Have an amazing Thursday!
